The Central 301 Late Actitivy / Academic bus will start service September 3rd, operating on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.

Students using the Late Activity / Academic bus MUST sign up each week they wish to use this service using the link below for the current week ONLY.

BUS PICK-UP TIMES 

  • Prairie Knolls Middle School: Board at Door #1. Bus departs 4:35 PM PROMPTLY.
  • Central Middle School: Board at Door #9. Bus departs 4:30 PM PROMPTLY.
  • Central High School: Board at Door #8. Bus departs 4:35 PM PROMPTLY.

SIGN UP TIMES

  • Tuesday Bus: sign up beginning the prior Friday 8AM thru Tuesday 12 Noon
  • Wednesday Bus: sign up Tuesday 5PM thru Wednesday 12 Noon
  • Thursday Bus: sign up Wednesday 5PM thru Thursday 12 Noon

ROUTING

The bus driver will determine the route depending on the students riding and their locations. The bus will ONLY stop at regularly scheduled bus stops. Standard school and school bus rules apply while riding the bus.

NO BUS DAYS

The Late Academic bus does NOT operate on school Half Days, Non School Days, or Emergency Closure Days.

Late Activity / Academic Bus Sign Up Rules

  1. If a student attempts to ride the bus without signing up, a verbal warning will be given to them.
  2. They are allowed 2 verbal warnings.
  3. On the third warning, the parent’guardian will get an email informing them that their student will be suspended from riding for 1 day. Parents will have to provide transportation.
  4. On the fourth warning, the student will be suspended from riding the bus for 1 week.
