2026 Scholarship Central
Scholarship Opportunities and Resources During the spring semester, students ramp up their efforts to seek scholarship money for higher education. Our hope is to support Central 301 students in their quest after graduation. Here is a list of scholarship opportunities that might be of interest to our Central 301 students. Carl the Cougar visits CT Classrooms
Carl visited classrooms this week on Spirit Wednesday to celebrate students who were wearing their House Colors. Carl was even challenged to a dance off!

Read Across America Week
Read Across America Week This week the HBT students participated in a spirit week centered around Reading. Aside from the fun attire we saw all week, we also had classes recording the amount of time they spent reading during the course of the week.

Music Concert
Kindergarten & 1st Grade Music Concert On Wednesday, March 5th, our Kindergarten and 1st grade students put on an outstanding music concert under the direction of Mrs. Smith. They sang, danced, and played instruments in front of a crowd of parents, teachers, and family. Check out the pictures below for a glimpse inside the event!

Spirit Week to Celebrate Read Across America Weeek Students at Prairie View are celebrating Read Acrosss America Week with spirit days. From tie dye to Wacky Wednesday to “Read My Shirt Day”, students are having fun celebrating reading and gaining an understanding of how important literacy is!

Prairie View and Prodigy
Prairie View Takes Second Place in State of IL Prairie View took second place in January and February in the entire state of Illinois during a Prodigy math competition.
