2026 Scholarship Central
Scholarship Opportunities and Resources During the spring semester, students ramp up their efforts to seek scholarship money for higher education. Our hope is to support Central 301 students in their quest after graduation. Here is a list of scholarship opportunities that might be of interest to our Central 301 students. PKMS Track & Field – IESA State Meet
A big congratulations to our incredible Track & Field athletes who competed at the IESA State Meet over the weekend. Prairie Knolls athletes represented Central 301 on the biggest stage, and we could not be more proud of how they performed. The team brought home some hardware and made school history! What an unbelievable weekend

Twister-a-thon
HBT Twister-a-thon was a success The HBT Twisters, in collaboration with the PTO, had a successful Twister-a-thon. Together we raised $10,800! On Friday, May 22nd, the students ran laps around the varsity soccer field until they couldn’t run anymore! Check out some of the pictures below.

What happens when imagination meets craftmanship? Ms. Pfeifer’s 1st graders dreamed up creative colorful monsters, and Mr. Claahsen’s 8th graders brought those ideas to life by sewing each student their own monster!

HBT Celebrates the Multilingual Learner “Graduates” On May 15th, the HBT Multilingual Learner teachers had a special celebration for the 24 students who “graduated” from services! HBT Welcomes Author Candace Fleming On May 13th, 2026, HBT welcomed children’s author Candace Fleming. She put on two assemblies.
