Central High School Math Team Wins First-Ever Regional Championship

The Central High School Math Team delivered a historic performance at the ICTM (Illinois Council of Teachers of Mathematics) 3AA Regional competition, earning 1st Place Overall and capturing the first regional championship in program history.

With the win, the entire Math Team qualifies for State for the first time ever — another major milestone for Central 301.

Even more impressive, this marks the first time in team history that every team event earned an award, and Central was the only school at the regional to place in every team category.
