The Giving Mall

Prairie View Gives Back

Prairie View students and families gave back to those in need through collections at The Giving Mall, which was led by our first and second grade teams. 446 items (and counting!) were collected. Items ranging from canned food to tolietry items to coats and pet items were collected through the drive. Our student council helped pack up the items that will be delivered to a variety of local charities that include the Burlington Hampshire food pantry, Elgin Rescues, Elgin Community Crisis Center, Epworth United Methodist Church, CASA Kane County and Elgin YMCA.
