VOLUNTEER TO RUN A GAME:  We are looking for parent volunteers to sign up to help run the games during field day. You can sign up for the Kindergarten through Second Grade game time (9:30-11:45) or Third Grade through Fifth Grade game time (1:15-3:15). If you have children in the first and second session, you may sign up for both.  CLICK HERE to sign up for a volunteer time slot.  Please be prepared to stay for the entire duration of your time slot.

FIELD DAY DONATIONS:  We are also looking for donations for a few of our games. Here is the link for donations of items we need!

PICNIC LUNCH:  Whether you are running a game or not, we would love to have you join us for our picnic lunch on May 29th!  The Kindergarten through Second Grade picnic lunch is from 11:45 – 12:15 and Third through Fifth Grade picnic lunch is from 12:45 – 1:15. The picnic lunch will take place OUTSIDE in the back of the building by the playground area. There will be some lunch tables available but not enough for everyone.  You can bring a blanket and/or bag chair and sit in the grass with your child. You will use the link below to let us know if your child will select a hot lunch choice or bring a DISPOSABLE SACK lunch from home.  Please fill this form out to indicate your student’s picnic lunch choice whether or not you plan to attend by May 15th.  Sack lunches are ONLY available for HBT students.  Adult lunches or lunches for siblings attending that are not HBT students must be brought from home.

Please note that parking will be tight!  If you can carpool with another family, that will alleviate some of the parking constraints we have during the school day.

We look forward to seeing many of you at HBT on May 29th.
