Dr. Mongan reads to HBT’s Kindergarteners

On Wednesday, December 18th, Dr. Mongan visited the HBT Kindergarteners. The theme for the dress up day was Holiday Hat Day. It was only fitting that Dr. Mongan chose to read the story titled The Hat by Jan Brett. Students were engaged in the reading and enjoyed their extra time in the library. Dr. Mongan had the students exploring new words and thinking about what it means to be frustrated. The students left with a festive pencil and eraser!
