Moving Forward Together
A Post-Referendum Message from Superintendent Mongan
I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your engagement and participation in the recent referendum process. While the outcome is not what we had hoped, I deeply respect and value the voices of our community members who came forward, cast their votes, and shared their perspectives on the future of our district. Your engagement shows a strong commitment to our schools and a profound care for our students and staff.
Our district continues to face significant enrollment challenges, and we are mindful of the impact these challenges have on the quality of education and resources we can provide. While this referendum outcome presents new hurdles, it also reinforces our resolve to seek a solution that is both fiscally responsible and aligned with the needs of our students, staff, and the entire community.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to come to the polls, engage in discussions, and share their perspectives. Your involvement is invaluable, and we remain committed to collaboration and openness as we work together to address our district’s needs. With open hearts and minds, we will continue to pursue solutions that honor the voices of our community and prioritize the best interests of all our students.
#WeAreCentral
Warm regards,
Dr. Esther Mongan
