Homecoming: What You Need to Know Before Kickoff
Friday marks the 72nd Homecoming football game at Rocket Hill – one of the most anticipated in years. With the Rockets off to a strong start and facing the top-ranked team in Illinois, we are preparing for one of the largest crowds in recent memory.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable evening for all, please review the following important reminders
Student Supervision
Our top priority is creating a safe environment where students can enjoy the game responsibly. All spectators are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward officials, the opposing team, staff, and each other. Misconduct of any kind may result in removal from the event.
In particular, students in 8th grade or below must be accompanied by an adult for the entirety of the game. Students without adult supervision will be asked to leave. This expectation helps us maintain a safe and positive atmosphere for everyone in attendance.

📄 For more details, please see our CHS Spectator Guidelines.
Parking
With a large crowd expected, please plan ahead. Beginning Friday evening, there will be no parking allowed on Tower Road or on the north side of Plato Road. The Kane County Sheriff’s Office will be enforcing these restrictions.
Fans are encouraged to use designated parking lots for the safest and most convenient access:
- North, Southwest, and South of the CHS Building
- Howard B. Thomas Grade School
- Central Middle School
Arriving early is strongly recommended to allow time for safe parking and entry into the stadium.
Livestream
If you can’t make it in person, you don’t have to miss out. Our CHS student broadcast team will be streaming the game live on Hudl Fan Central.
Thank you for your cooperation and support in making this Homecoming a safe, spirited, and memorable experience for our entire Rocket community.
