FRIDAY FOCUS
Here’s a look at the happenings across Central 301 this week:
Best in the Business
Wednesday morning’s sudden snow squall and Friday’s early snow burst reminded us just how incredible our bus drivers and building and grounds teams are. Navigating challenging conditions with care and professionalism, they kept our schools running safely. Thank you for all you do.
FVC Champions
Our Central High School Dance Team brought home the Fox Valley Conference championship this week. An outstanding performance and a well earned title for our Rockets.
Cheer Takes the Floor at Rocket Hill
Central High School is hosting the Fox Valley Conference Cheer Championship on Monday. Competition begins at 5:00 p.m., with the Central Rockets performing at 6:45 p.m. We hope to see Rocket Hill full of school spirit.
Puerto Rican Culture Comes to Life at CMS
CMS Spanish students explored Puerto Rican history, traditions, and family values through a special guest presentation. It was a powerful example of cultural learning and community connection in action.
Winter in Hawaii Dance Underway
Prairie Knolls 6th graders are dancing the afternoon away at the “Winter in Hawaii” Dance, hosted by Student Council. Music, fun, and school spirit are filling the building as students celebrate together.
Scholarship Central Is Open
Scholarship Central is live and growing with opportunities for Central 301 students planning for life after graduation. This resource is updated regularly, so students are encouraged to check back often.
