📚 #DayOne301 for Early Childhood
Our youngest students began their school journey this week, full of smiles, excitement, and new beginnings.
🎂 School Anniversaries
Prairie View marked 25 years of serving students and families, while HBT celebrated 29 years this week.
🎡 Rocketpalooza: Homecoming 2025
The CHS Student Council revealed the theme with a full week of activities — pickleball, flag football, 3v3 basketball, football on September 19 with fireworks, and the Saturday dance.
🏫 Back to School Nights
Lily Lake and Country Trails kicked off their events this week. Prairie View and HBT get their events underway next week.
🚧 Construction Near Country Trails
The City of Elgin will be resurfacing roads around Country Trails any day now. Expect lane reductions, slower traffic, and possible bus delays. Details here.
🪱 Teamwork at HBT
Fifth graders practiced problem-solving and communication skills with activities like helping a “worm” named Fred back into his boat.
