
Community Feedback Shapes Superintendent Profile
Stakeholders highlight trust, vision, and stability as top priorities

After weeks of engagement through surveys, focus groups, and open forums, Central 301 has received the Community Engagement Report and Superintendent Profile from School Exec Connect.
The document reflects the voices of hundreds of staff, families, and community members who shared what they value most in a new leader. Anywhere from relationship-building and clear communication to long-term vision and stability for the district.
The profile, developed from over 780 survey responses and multiple stakeholder sessions, will guide the Board of Education as it moves into the next phase of the superintendent search process.
