Skyward App Issues? Here’s the Fix
If you can’t log in to the Skyward Mobile App or your student’s information is missing, the most effective fix we’ve found is to delete and reinstall the app. This quick reset ensures the app connects properly to our updated Skyward database.
Instructions:
iOS Skyward App Reset (iPhone/iPad)
- Uninstall the Skyward Mobile App by long-pressing the icon and selecting Remove App.
- Open the App Store and search for “Skyward.”
- Download and open the Skyward app.
- On the Locate Organization screen, search for “Burlington” or “Central301.”
- Enter your Skyward username and password, then tap Add Account.
- In the future, simply tap Continue in App to go directly to your login screen.
Android Skyward App Reset
- Update the Skyward app to the latest version in the Google Play Store.
- Open the Skyward app and locate the Central 301 account.
- Tap Edit, then Delete, and confirm.
- On the Locate Organization screen, search for “Burlington” or “Central 301.”
- Enter your Skyward username and password, then tap Add Account.
- Going forward, tap Continue in App to go directly to the login screen.
