🎉 FRIDAY FOCUS 🎉
Here’s what’s happening across Central 301 this week:

🎨 3D Artistry in Action
Central High School’s Sloane Mueller showcased her creativity at the 3D Cardboard Art Throwdown, representing CHS Visual Arts in a fast-paced competition. With just 90 minutes to transform cardboard into art, she delivered an outstanding piece and earned a finalist spot.

💃📣 Making Their Mark
The CHS Dance Team secured a third-place finish at the IHSA State Finals last Saturday—the highest in school history. They’ll be honored tonight at halftime of the boys basketball game. Plus, the CHS Cheer Team hit the mat this morning at the IHSA State Preliminaries in Bloomington.

💙 National School Counseling Week
This week, we recognize the invaluable work of our school counselors. They play a critical role in guiding, listening, and supporting students with care and compassion. A huge thank you to our counselors for everything they do.

🌟 Turbo House Games at HBT
Howard B. Thomas students brought energy and teamwork to the first Turbo House Games Assembly! Students from all grade levels competed in fun challenges, earning points and Turbo tickets while building school spirit. A great way to celebrate positive behavior and sportsmanship!

🌱 CT Green House Winner
Earning tickets means a lot to these students, and their excitement says it all. The Green House at Country Trails collected the most tickets in January, and now the school is turning green all month long to celebrate. Check out the smiles from some happy first graders!

Thank you for staying connected to all the wonderful things happening in Central 301. Have an amazing weekend!
