Raise Craze Update

Our Prairie View Coyotes recorded and showed Acts of Kindness around our school and community and raised money through a PTO Fundraiser called the “Raise Craze” (www.raisecraze.com).

Every time an act of kindness was recorded on the Raise Craze online platform, our school earned money to continue to support the great things that our PTO is planning and bringing to our school. Here at PV, we raised approximately $8,000 dollars!

Raise Craze is a fundraiser centered around acts of kindness and goodwill. Over the course of 3 weeks (September 6th to September 27th) our Coyote students not only sought out donations from family and friends for our school to support PTO initiatives, but also engaged in acts of kindness for others in our community.

Our PTO provided each staff member with “Kindness stickers” and they were asked to recognize acts of kindness within the school, where students are making a positive impact on others. Our students learned that kindness knows no bounds and can be practiced throughout the day, not just at home.

Mrs. Galliart’s 4th grade was the class that brought the most earnings! They have earned a pizza party that they will be enjoying soon.

Thank you to our PTO for facilitating this fundraising event and for the amazing heart of our students! We will continue to spread kindness in the world.
