CHS Earns AP School Honor Roll Recognition

Central High School has been named to the AP® School Honor Roll for the 2024–25 school year, a national recognition from the College Board honoring schools that expand access to Advanced Placement coursework while supporting students on the path to college success.
The AP School Honor Roll recognizes schools that are committed to welcoming more students into AP classes and providing the academic support needed to succeed. Research shows students who take AP courses are more likely to attend college, graduate on time, and feel prepared for the demands of college-level work. Even for students who do not earn college credit, AP coursework helps build confidence, skills, and a strong college-going culture.
This recognition reflects a schoolwide effort at Central High School — involving teachers, counselors, administrators, students, and families — to ensure rigorous academic opportunities are accessible and meaningful for all learners. We are proud of the intentional work happening in our classrooms to prepare students for life beyond high school.
