Meet the Principal

I am Theresa Kolkebeck, and it is my great pleasure to serve as the Principal of this wonderful school community. Having joined Country Trails in 2021 as the Assistant Principal, I have had the privilege of working closely with our dedicated staff, enthusiastic students, and supportive families. After two fulfilling years in that role, I was honored to step into the position of Principal.

Though my time at Country Trails has been relatively short, my journey in education spans over 25 years within Central District 301. This extensive experience has allowed me to work in various capacities, enriching my understanding of the diverse needs and opportunities within our district. My background in curriculum development, special education, and innovative pedagogical strategies equips me with a well-rounded perspective and a strong foundation to lead our school effectively.

At Country Trails, my focus is on fostering a nurturing environment where every student can thrive academically and personally. I am committed to ensuring that our school remains a place of learning, growth, and community, where curiosity is encouraged and achievement is celebrated.
