In-Person Student/Staff Daily Lunch Order Forms

These forms should only be submitted by students or staff who are in the school building for the full school day. A new form must be submitted each morning that the student/staff member wants to order a school lunch.

These forms can only be accessed by staff or student accounts and should only be filled out on the school day the lunch is needed.

Free & Reduced Hybrid Student Lunch Order Form

Free & reduced eligible families may request grab & go meals on days when their students will not eat lunch in school. Orders must be submitted by 8:00 a.m. each day.

  • For elementary students, lunches will be sent home with students after school or may be picked up Monday through Friday between 11:45 and 12:15 at their home school.
  • For middle and high school students, lunches may be picked in their building prior to leaving school for the day or be picked up on days when they are participating in remote learning between 11:45 and 12:15.

Remote Only Free & Reduced Lunch Order Form

Free & reduced eligible families who are participating in remote-only instruction may request grab & go meals each school day. Meals will be picked up at either Central High School (Door 8) or Prairie Knolls Middle School (Door 1) between 11:45 and 12:15. Orders must be submitted by 8:00 a.m. each day.
